When he organized a humanitarian aid for the victims in Krymsk in Kirov, he naively believed that there would be a lot of people who wanted to help work at this point, and then on the sorting.

For four days of work, they came to help at the reception point no more than10-15 people. Mostly bloggers, several schoolgirls and a couple of students. On the sorting on the first day, 6 people came. For a couple of hours. On the second day, one person came. All.
If it were not for rescuers, firefighters, divers and several athletes who were sent by order, then the cargo in Crimesk would not have left.
About 500,000 people live in the city of Kirov. Volunteers gained a dozen and a half.
I express my great gratitude to all and thank you very much. Unfortunately, the majority do not even know names. They came and helped.
But in general, the situation is sad.
Apparently, to help just like that - somehow not cool.
Now I am overcome by calls and letters in social networks - when will the groups of volunteers be formed in Krymsk?
But there is a suspicion that, basically, young people and girls who are not even 18 years old call. Romance.
But I know several public organizations in Kirov, which specialize in the volunteer movement and even receive some grants from the government. Where are they?
Throughout the week, when they collected help from Krymsk, there was not a single call or representative from these NPC structures
The Public Chamber actually came to self -help.
And the state simply does not have mechanisms and functionality of interaction, help and organization in such cases. Everything was held on personal contacts.
So it turns out that on the one hand people are ready to help, but this help is still limited only to donations - things or money.
And on the other hand, the state does not know how to be with such too active and initiative people. Either help, or to "drive under the shop."
The process is from below, not from above. They do not control it, cannot subordinate it and they can only either ignore or adapt and help. Which is perceived very painful. And the point is not even in people and specific officials -they really helped (I express separate gratitude to them, but without names, so as not to harm).
The system is such. Vertical. Her mother ...
PS July 13 at 13-30 a car with a humanitarian cargo (about 20 tons) got out of Kirov to Krymsk.
