A political survival rating has appeared in the media prepared by the St. Petersburg Politics Foundation. The number of governors-"excellent students" increased from 14 to 16.
Among them, the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the constant leader of the rating - the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. In the list were the acting head of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov and the Magadan region Vladimir Pecheny.
The smallest chances of maintaining a chair, according to political scientists, among the governors of the Vladimir, Oryol, Kurgan regions and the head of Udmurtia.
The governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov in this rating received the Troika. Moreover, all experts unanimously note the speed of giving positions - in the spring of last year - a solid five, by the fall - four, and now it is "mediocre." They agree that the fate of Orlov will be decided this fall in the local elections, where the prospects of the United Russia political party, to put it mildly, are vague.
