At the last session of the Arkhangelsk Regional Assembly, which took place on November 14, an appeal was made to President Putin about the impossibility of the region to independently raise the standard of living for educators of kindergartens.
By the beginning of 2013, to bring the salaries of educators to average earnings in the region in all regions in all regions, we wrote in the last issue of our newspaper.

Then many expressed fear that the regional government would not cope with such a load.

And the unrest seems to be confirmed. The appeal of the regional collection to the President looks like the recognition of the regional authorities in his own weakness, and in relation to Putin - in an early apology, so that later they can’t get a “hat”.

The next year’s budget, of course, a couple of billions of rubles for these purposes are laid down, but this amount is planned to be taken not from their own income, but from subventions (that is, “handouts”) from the Kremlin. And whether it will be one hundred percent, no one gives a guarantee ...

It is noteworthy that the question of the adoption of the “excusable” appeal was issued by the chief in the Oblos -Assembly of “Uneneros” deputy Chesnokov.
