There is no such party?

Today, the Arkhangelsk Regional Court decided to suspend the activities of the regional branch of the right business. Recall that the claim corresponding to the Office of the Ministry of Justice of Russia in the Arkhangelsk Region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug was filed back in October.

Since the mid -last year, representatives of the local “right -hand business” did not submit reports on income and expenses to the election commission of the Arkhangelsk region. All management letters with the requirements to eliminate violations returned with the mark of the postal service “The addressee dropped out”. The new address of the regional branch of the party is currently not known.

In this case, two court hearings were held. Representatives of the party did not appear in the court for any of them. It should be noted that even before that, the Arkhangelsk liberals showed any activity, the party in the region was present exclusively nominally.

In the next three months, the regional “right business” cannot carry out any activities except eliminating the violations of the law revealed by the Office. If the latter are not eliminated, in March next year, management will be a claim for the liquidation of the Arkhangelsk branch of the party.

Two more branches of political parties will have to suspend activities for three months for three months: “For justice!” and the party of "social protection". Since the beginning of 2013, they have not submitted a single financial report. Today, preliminary hearings were held against these organizations. The main trials are scheduled for December 17, 2013.
