The prosecutor of the Arkhangelsk region approved the indictment in the criminal case against Mamedov Pana Ibrahim oglu on the fact of an attempt to give a bribe.

Mammadov Panama Ibrahim Ogli is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 3 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code.

"Nike", "Lacosta", "Versace", with signs of counterfeitability, revealing the fact of violation by Mamedov P.I.O. Legislations on the protection of rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization, in connection with which the verification was launched on this fact.

Upon learning of this, Mamedov P.I.O. He offered a police officer a bribe of 25,000 rubles. In order for him to ensure the cessation of the audit and failure to renovate the procedural decision on the above fact of removal from Mamedov P.I.O. products with signs of counterfeitability.

Mamedov P.I.O. Personally handed over to the police a bribe in the form of money for committing deliberately illegal actions in the amount of 25,000 rubles, however, he could not finish his criminal intent due to circumstances beyond his control, since his criminal actions were suppressed by law enforcement officers and he was detained.

The criminal case will be sent for consideration on the merits to the Lomonosovsky District Court of Arkhangelsk.
