Disputes about Navalny and his program: Part 1

I have one good friend Andrey. He is almost my peer, a geologist by education, lives and works in Moscow (he was born there), but he lived and worked in Syktyvkar for a long time (and then Andrei worked a lot where he worked throughout the country). He and I used to discuss completely different topics, but now the dispute has come about Navalny and his program. With his permission, I will post our discussion correspondence in parts here. Since in Syktyvkar the headquarters of the Navalny campaign is open, then the time for such discussions.

G.- I support Alexei Navalny, first of all, due to the fact that he creates the competition of the current government (all, and not just Era). Competition involves the struggle and possible changes for the better.

A. - Question - does he have the personnel composition of ready -made officials ready to change the current ones? The composition that will be able to agree with all the elites in the field throughout the country, taking into account the interests of all parties with the guarantee that the site will not begin for the redistribution of the resource? Don't think. Throughout the country, local influential people will not release their allotment voluntarily. As an example, Ukraine, where a state transmission made by the efforts of its own elites currently deprives this to the country of a civilized future. The construction of the state in a revolutionary way has our country in the past. I think it will be beneficial only to regional elites who agree to receive their regions to the principality. But there will be no speech about a large country.

G. - The personnel composition has only the power itself. Dead end, all diverging?! In fact, the support of the Academy of Sciences is large enough in regional structures of power. For obvious reasons, none of the regional officials will show it before the announcement of the election results. And the regional elite in most regions simply does not. There is no one to agree with. The attributes of the elite are resources and opportunities, there are no resources and opportunities in the regions for a long time (with rare exceptions).

G. - I am against, relatively speaking, in my area there is one grocery store (or several in a cartel conspiracy) and I was convinced that it was necessary for my good. The change of power in the elections is a huge plus for development in itself. We change once - it will be easier to change another.

A. - Why do you think that ANs are organizing elections? How much do you admit that the AN is an "agent of influence", the task of which is to violate equilibrium? One person systematically does not solve anything. It is only on TV that they talk about the role of personality in history (I do not argue, I am decisive moments), but a large business stretched for decades is not built by one person when forming such a super -system as a sovereign state with its own voice in the world where globalization processes go.

G. - Is Navalny an “agent of influence”? And on the basis of what should I think so? Because he studied in Yela, or because he corresponded with foreign officials (maybe even diplomats). What else did he do "seditious"? I just don’t really follow the news on federal channels, because there are too many lies.

AN arrange elections (recall the mayor's campaign of 2013), because he goes to them, having the right to this under the Constitution. Or do you think that a repeated sentence on the same (word for word) by the prosecution, on which he was already justified by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - is this a significant argument so as not to let him down before the election? Another is arranging a peaceful protest. Pay attention that throughout the country during March 26 and June 12, not a single policeman was injured in fact. There were no reinforcements, knives, Molotov cocktails. “I felt pain at the time of infliction” - this does not withstand any criticism. People who have gone to the streets in Russia (and in this the most important difference from Ukraine) are aimed at a peaceful change in power, the percentage of “militants” zero in general (I remember that you were very interested in this issue, probably to confirm the formed picture about the opposition).

I understand that this is many (both within the country and beyond) it is not satisfied, but this is so. So far, it is true, therefore, a comparison with Ukraine is incorrect.

The balance has already been violated, and this was not done by AN, but a GDP, whose personal contribution to the coming fall of the country (not to be confused with the state) is difficult to overestimate.
