The opening began at 10-30. After an hour and a half, theatrical square was empty as on an ordinary weekday.

Empty. There is no one to look at fairy -tale heroes who came from close and distant places.
This is the first and very important sign of the loss of the interest of the Kirovchan in such a seemingly international and big event. There are practically no such people in our city. In fact, this is the only one. And still a very cool attitude. If in the first, four years ago, there were thousands of people, now hundreds will not be typed. Boring. Uninteresting. The same thing every time.
The second feature - there are no tourists. No. Neither the capital, nor the Urals, nor the northern or southern. And also, of course, and foreign ones.
That's perhaps the only one. And then at the personal invitation of the governor.

If local residents may be tired of looking at the same thing every year, then the absence of visiting spectators says that they either do not know, or is also not interesting.
If you google “Fabulous Games on the Vyatka” in the news section, you can make sure that this event is completely ignored in federal and national media. Zero.
So the event is seriously not reaching the national level. And therefore, the influx of tourists is actually absent.
And when “World Fairy Tale Games” began in 2012, this event was clearly recorded in the National Medias and sounded in the news of almost all federal TV channels.
The beginning was good. With great potential. And in general, in fact, it fell for nothing on our Vyatka heads. Take and use it.
We could only really take advantage of the case and develop the project to good national scale with a claim to the world level.
And the chance was very real. And the possibility of standing.
It did not happen. Every year and each time the "fairy -tale games" everyone ficked and flickered. They turned into a regional one, then into a regional festival, and now - this is essentially a city event with the departure of the festival participants to one of the areas of the Kirov region.
In this form, it can still exist for a certain number of years - maybe 5-7 years, and then it will come to naught anyway.
They missed a chance. We missed the opportunity.
Now it remains that only to squeeze out of this event to receive additional budget money that you can ask the invited federal officials, showing them once again a costume procession of fairy -tale characters. That's why the photo is a symbol.
I don’t even know if it is necessary to understand the reasons for such a state of “fairy -tale games”. Officials from the Department of Culture are unlikely to be susceptible to comments, since they are not so bad in terms of numbers. Par - the three years will even have a small growth, which will be reflected in official reports, and in fact there will be no holiday as such.
The largest and most strategic mistake of the organizers is that there was a replacement of the holiday format. There were world games, and the games on the bite in the form of a certain festival became. Feel the difference? Here it is - a provincial town and the lack of healthy ambitions. The format has changed, and the concept of the holiday has also changed.
Someone not too competent and unaware in our Kirov government committed such a transformation and the whole real holiday ended - a boring and dull event went.
How loudly and defiantly the previous name "World Fabulous Games" sounded. In this name, a mighty competitive potential was laid in an immense fairy -tale ocean. Once a year, teams of animators from different regions of the country (national level) and teams come. Representing other countries is already a completely different level.
And the games begin. Competitions in various directions and types. How much fantasy here can be shown - limitless creative potential.
Of course the rules are being developed. Judges are selected. Everything is true. Winners and losers. Prizes and medals. Joy and tears. Emotions over the edge. This is remembered for life. And no money is a pity to spend on such impressions.
And what material will be accumulated according to the results of past games. Dream for methodologists-organizers. You can immediately open an entire academy and teach people to organize holidays.
Five years later, more than a hundred teams from 50 countries of the world will come to such worldwide fairy tale games and show their skills in conducting various festive events in any conditions and for any viewer. Because there is no such thing, but there is always a demand for a fairy tale. And getting a call at such an event is actually as an Oscar in the cinema.
Tourists from all over the world would certainly come to such a fairover of creativity and complicity. National and world information channels would be lined up for accreditation. Because the picture is juicy and living emotions.
Investors would place each other with elbows for the right to develop this project.
Fairy -tale prospects aren't it? But everything only remains only in dreams. And no more. You can forget and calm down.
And nearby lives and slowly there is another amazing project.
It is amazing that it was created, tested and successfully introduced in our Zarechny Park campaign "Flying Ship". The Fairytale Reserve project was recently even awarded the Government of the Russian Federation as the best innovative interactive project in the field of tourism. A wonderful concept is a competent approach. Immersion in the atmosphere of a miracle and wizardiness is a fairy tale for you.
But these two projects exist separately and do not complement each other. But in fact these are two halves of one whole project.
"Fairytale games on Vyatka" holds the Department of Culture of the Kirov Government and in the absence of an understanding of the creature of the festive culture. The traditions and professional skill in organizing such events was practically diluted by one of the most remarkable projects in the cultural and tourist space of our region.
And in general, as it were, it is necessary. And it is unlikely that anyone will be responsible for this.
And the “Fairytale Reserve” project is so local and small, due to the small forces of a small team that it is unlikely to be able to jump out to a noticeable national level without significant support.
Combine the event format of "fairy -tale games", in the original concept, with the permanent site of the "fairy -tale reserve" project, where you can come at any time and plunges into the atmosphere of the best world practices, set up by the masterpieces of fairy tales from all over the world -the possibility of getting the same, financial, cultural and international tourist products, which many countries and large cities dream of, about many countries and large cities dreaming. And we simply mediocre and stupidly kill this miracle with the hands of our officials, with our inability to see and notice an amazing and unusual nearby, as well as our own indifference.
