The next elections in the Mari El. And again, we will hear sweet speeches, in fact, professional candidates-candidates, who have served in warm chairs that they will not regret the forces only for the benefit of people forgetting their birthdays, how many “iron” arguments, they will call them to defend their own candidates. How many tears, they will shed “not grateful” for us and do everything to stay at the feeder.
Each of the deputies of the Republic of Mari El deserves a separate article, or even books. But in the framework of this article, I want you, dear readers, to tell you about another, important problem regarding many residents of Yoshkar-Ola, but directly related to our respected deputies and their activities: this problem, dilapidated and emergency housing. In our city, as of January 1, 2007, 2851 family lived in Old and 324 families in the emergency housing stock (more than 10,000 people). Over the past five years, this figure has changed little, but rather only increased, because Any buildings are only aging every year, which means that the amount of unsuitable housing is growing every year. And if we take into account the so -called Khrushchevs, in which ten times more families live, it turns out that most of our fellow citizens live in almost ruins. As the existing power is going to resolve this issue, we are not clear to anyone, we do not see any large -scale construction of social housing. Over these five years, no more than a dozen, so -called social houses have been built. Although each current deputy of the city of Yoshkar-Ola, in his election speeches, swore and swore to solve this acute problem. Where are your efforts, dear chosen ones of the people? What have you done to solve this problem? Please answer your voters! Tell us about your activities in such high positions. Publish a report on your media or on the Internet, your voters have the right to know what you have done and do for their good. Just do not start the old record about the lack of money in the city budget, you know very well that this is not so.
On July 26 of this year, activists of the regional branch of the LDPR held a rally regarding the no less acute problem of our city: point development of Yoshkar-Ola! People suffering from people under construction, from the buildings under construction or already built in their yards, in the immediate vicinity of their windows gathered. An invitation was sent to each deputy of the Yoshkar-Ola city assembly a few days before the rally to speak to people, and explain: how to defend their yards from illegal development? Only one deputy appeared at the rally, but he also served on a bench, never saying a word gathered. This is the attitude of our people's deputies to their voters. And as the host of the rally said, Anton Mirbadalev: “Think well in the upcoming elections, for whom to give your vote!”
Each sane inhabitant of our city should be absolutely clear that the above issues that existing power will never solve! This power is only capable of patching, constantly arising holes in the economy of the city, but at the same time, worse and worse. There is no systematic approach to these problems, and even more or less, a clear development and reconstruction program is visible, excluding, of course, the construction of endless monuments and administrative buildings.
No one will argue about beauty. In a beautiful city, it’s nice to live, and there is where to walk with family and friends, enjoy beautiful views. It's nice to show your city to your relatives and friends living in other cities. Everything is so. But how can a person enjoy the views of his hometown, when he has a toilet on the street, flows from the ceiling, and the amounts in housing and communal services are growing. I think this person does not care how many monuments in his city, how many sports halls and churches.
It is very painful to observe this flagrant injustice. Who decided so? Why can some people use the benefits of modern civilization, while others, for some reason, are not! Such a stubborn society cannot exist for a long time. Social tension in our society is growing every day, there are more and more dissatisfied with the policy of our power, and among them there are competent and active people who are ready to fight not only for their rights, but also for the rights of their fellow citizens. And it is to these people that I address: friends, in the fall of 2014, elections to the city assembly will be held in our city. Only in your power to change our life for the better, run for deputies, do not leave those who cannot stand up for themselves. If in the city meeting most deputies will be active, honest, selfless and their activities will be aimed at solving the really sharp problems of our city, everything will be in order with us. It's time to take power, friends!
