Surely many people have noticed that rather strange inscriptions appear in the city.

They appear everywhere: in bus stop pavilions, including those that have just been installed, on the doors of shops, on the walls of buildings...

What these signatures mean and why someone puts them on is not clear to me. But one thing is clear: this is detrimental to the appearance of the city, which already wants to leave the best.

The media published several materials on the topic of these “arts”. They argue that they need to be punished. But how to identify who is applying these inscriptions?
how to catch him? The question is not simple. But nevertheless, the city authorities, and us citizens too, need to do something about this.

And it is necessary to punish. But, in my opinion, they should be punished not with fines, but with a week of community service, and in particular, to remove these inscriptions.
