It comes to a ridiculous ... or to the sad - who has what kind of character. As soon as we come to the next hearing to the City Duma regarding the next transfer of urban land from the green spaces zone to some other, under the next construction of something “very necessary”, we always hear among the main arguments: “In this territory, because of garbage and dirt of all trees, nor bushes, let's not be visible, then we will build a gas station, then it will be clean, light and fresh air will be added.”

And almost always parts of people are thrown, and sometimes they themselves “get” the following thought from the depths of the Soviet consciousness: “Here, you, the defenders of nature, do nothing, do not rake dirt, do not collect garbage ...”

Well, firstly, we, public and “non-systemic” political activists,, if necessary, can go out and remove garbage, clear some territory, and make a different useful business together (which many often do). But ... Personally, I, however, is under one important condition: I must be sure that the authorities do not have the opportunity to do the case itself, which wants to “mobilize” the free enthusiasm of different public “romantics”. And most importantly - that it, this power, no longer stealing the money collected from the people allocated to such work.

The last discussion on this subject took place the other day in the Ryazan City Duma. And again, as always, applicants for a tidy land piece brought a hackneyed plate about the litter and groomed of the forest park zone. To which, in particular, received the answer: the power of the "crooks and thieves" in Ryazan does not make any. So let him finally cease to fool around and hire a couple of homeless people for the same couple of thousand rubles that will collect all the garbage in one day.

Gentlemen Power! Gentlemen officials! Go, finally, clean the toilet! (Parks and forest parks, including.) You are on the neck of the people - like ticks on a sick dog. Your salary is average in the regions for forty (!) Thousands - and this is without social payments and bribes (for salary chiefs - in general more than 150 (one hundred and fifty) thousand). Let's move already! The patience of the people is not rubber.


PS I especially want to emphasize that both respectable businessmen and highly professional officials (who are also sure) I personally respect. What really “backstage” is already - so it is a widespread mocking cunning. And there is the only way to get rid of this cunning and lies is to hold honest elections and, thus, send “crooks and thieves” to resign.
