- Thousands of years ago, the lamas discovered that within himself a person can find the slopes of all the most incomprehensible secrets of being. Moreover, the only true way is practice, because, starting from a certain level of complexity of the organization of matter of the world, the intelligence becomes powerless - its means are not enough to comprehend all complexity and at the same time the simplicity of even the astral world, not to mention many worlds of higher orders.
- Everything that is created by the world in which we live has its source of the inner essence of ourselves, and therefore our life is always the creation of our own hands. Only our choice determines how its circumstances are formed, only by our desires and the decisions adopted or not taken by us are formed those situations in which we find ourselves. For most Western people, inclined to believe that everything depends on our personal will, which is not controlled by our personal will, this concept seems incomprehensible and unacceptable. However, lamas believe that, on the contrary, the personal will of a person is truly omnipotent. It all depends on the degree of “practical knowledge” that a person possesses. And practical knowledge is not just information, but the exact knowledge of how to consciously control the personal will in its manifestations not only in this world, but also in other, more “thin” worlds. Now in humanity a delusion is very widespread, according to which it is customary to confuse knowledge with information or awareness. You can own the grandiose massifs of intellectual infurery and at the same time know nothing, that is, not be able to. You can know without the accumulation of the mountains of information, that is, to be able to practically manipulate personal will at all levels of being shown.
- A striking example of this is the state of the physical body. Most of the Western people, including professional physiologists, scientists and highly educated intellectuals, are firmly confident in the irreversibility of aging processes and the impossibility of the restoration of the body. However, the practice of lamas, in which restoration is only the initial stage of the development of the human being, proves the opposite: the conviction of intellectuals is nothing more than an illusion, the whole thing is in the ability to use mechanisms that provide a person with access to conscious management of a personal will.

- Imagine that one could take a decrepit old man, “remove” his personality from a destructive body and “implant” a young and healthy body into the body, which, say, twenty -five years. I assure you that in a new body the old man will remain an old man. And attachment to its weakness will very quickly destroy the new body.
- Most of the aging people, complaining about the inconvenience that old age causes them, shallow shamelessly, first of all - to themselves. They like to be old and wretched, like to indulge their weaknesses, like to regret themselves. And the one who really wants to remain young must find courage in this for himself. And then - completely abandon the attitude towards yourself and the method of behavior inherent in old age. Do not pretend, but really refuse. And the key point here is intention. While the return of the youth of the body remains for you a pipe dream, a kind of blessed fairy tale from the field of sweet dreams, you are doomed to failure. But as soon as you begin to know that you can achieve this, and you will be able to form an intention to achieve a result, the first sip from an inexhaustible source of youth will be made. Further is the work of technology. I taught you the simplest method of realizing this intention. As you know, the most effective things are always very simple. Therefore, everything that is required of you is a tireless practice.
- Unfinished intention and persistent practice are able to work miracles. For we are all truly marvelous creatures who can do any take -off.
