“Vasnetsov Chimes” - 2017
August 19, 2017 on the territory of the RYABOVO museum-reserve in the village. In Ryabovo, Zuevsky district, an open festival of folk art “Vasnetsov Chimes” took place.
A delegation of Bogorodsk residents, represented by the head of the district Vasily Sitnikov and representatives of the Bogorodsk dairy plant, also took part in this event.
The festival began with an exhibition - a harvest competition "Gifts of the Vasnetsov Land" - a presentation of the settlements of the Zuevsky district. The settlement delegations delighted the guests with wonderful creative performances. We approached the design of our tents with creativity. Many original works by institutions and organizations and residents of the settlements were submitted to the competition.
At the opening of "Vasnetsov's Chimes" Vladimir Beketov and. O. Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Kirov Region, Minister of Internal and Information Policy of the Kirov Region read out a welcoming address from the Acting Governor Igor Vasiliev.
The head of the Bogorodsky district, Vasily Sitnikov, presented his colleague Anatoly Koshcheev with painted nesting dolls in the style of the Bogorodsky dairy plant.
After the official part, artists from the region’s districts delighted the audience with their creativity for three hours.
The Bogorodsky dairy plant displayed a matryoshka doll in an improvised clearing - a symbol of its production. Those who wanted to take a selfie with her lined up.
The culmination of the day's festivities was the performance of a musical folk group of grandmothers from the village of Buranovo, Malopurginsky district of the Republic of Udmurtia, a participant in the Eurovision 2012 contest.
