Recently, another trouble has been added-these are numerous trout farms, because of which reservoirs turn into rotting swamps, as a result-the protests of citizens living next to fish farms ...

In the Karelian media, exciting attention of the citizens of publications began to appear, in which they gradually inspire the voter: soon, very soon, the concern of specific individuals will give a result - pure water will pour from the cranes, and we will drink it without fear for our health, as our neighbors in Finland do.

“240 million cubic meters of wastewater are annually dumped into Karelia reservoirs. Of these, 60% are not cleaned enough, and 20% of the effluents enter the rivers and lakes without cleaning. To modernize communal infrastructure facilities, municipalities were allocated from the republican budget for the development of project documentation. So, in the framework of the national project "Ecology" they plan to build water and sewer treatment facilities in Medvezhyegorsk, Kemi, Pudozh, Segezh, Suoyarvi, Belomorsk. Reconstruction is waiting for objects in the Venet, Belomorsk, Kalevale, Pyozersky, Shua. ”

The government and the ZS "understand, discuss, plan, write letters ...". Years are going, shit flows (and this is 80% of the drains!), The authorities promise ... On March 30, probably, within the framework of the election PR in the Legislative Assembly for the New Circle, chaired by Shandalovich, they will discuss the topic of how to “achieve amendments to federal legislation, which will help preserve and protect the unique ecosystems of the Laduga and Onega lakes”.

Let us listen to the opinion of the eco -activist from Medvezhyegorsk Valentina Evseeva, who for more than a dozen years, together with other citizens, achieves that in the edge of the lakes the water from the crane could be drinking fearlessly. Not without irony, she talks about what is happening:

“Last week, a link to information from the page in VKontakte of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the rfense of the“ Rlunemogu ”came to the personal. Intrigued. It turns out that on March 23, the chairman of the ZS Shandalovich received citizens in the reception of United Russia, a resident of Olonets addressed him with the question “regarding the need to build sewer treatment facilities in Olonets and the village of Rypushhushkino”. The petitioner explained that "the modernization of water supply and sanitation objects is decided in stages and remains at the control of the Legislative Assembly." Moreover, even some recommendations have been developed on the creation of a “road map” of the development of water supply and sanitation systems. Instead of business - recommendations? I laugh out loud.

As for the winged assurances, the “question of control”, it is also from the series of “Rlunemog”. And that's why. In Medvezhyegorsk there are no sewer treatment facilities, in the sense, completely. The household sewer drainage is simply pumped into the Onega Lake at a distance of 150-200 meters from the shore, while the lake merges, we’ll think about 1.5 million cubic meters per year. The water intake is also carried out from the lake, at a distance of only about 1.5 kilometers from the place of discharge of sewer drains.

In 2016, an epidemic of intestinal infections broke out in Medvezhyegorsk, including dysentery: more than 200 sick, quarantine in kindergartens/schools, an unprecedented decision was made - chlorination of tap water 10 times higher than the norms. The patience of the inhabitants came the limit: in just a week under the appeal to President V. Putin with a request to protect the Onega Lake Civil activists gathered 2650 signatures. On November 9, 2016, the National Assembly of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the problem of the epidemic and poisoning of the lake was discussed by the deputies of the ZS, government officials, and heads of the district administration. The meeting participants supported the proposal of the Chairman of the ZS Shandalovich to pay additional expenses to the amount of 30 million rubles to the republican budget of 2017 - for the development of the Kos Kos in Medvezhyegorsk project.

It would seem that the ice started. Money for the design of Kos in the republican budget was laid and even transferred to the local budget, but not to the project, but to another object (not without the support of the same Shandalovich). The year 2017, declared by President Putin “The year of Ecology”, passed, passed, fled for another three years, Karelia and Pompae celebrated the 100th anniversary of the republic. And what do we have today in the bottom line? There is nothing: the project of the COST has never appeared. That is why Shandalovich’s answer to the question of the construction of Kos (now in Olonz) that “modernization of water supply and sanitation objects is decided in stages and remains on the control of the legislative assembly” causes a natural reaction - “Rzhunemog”.

I can’t imagine that there is such a madman who will drain the slop into his own well, and then collect water for the samovar from it. But isn't that happening in Medgor? The Lake Onega, the second largest lake of Europe, the “deck” with strategic, in fact, reserves of fresh water, which is rightfully one of the main natural resources of the 21st century, is mercilessly infected for decades.

In 2013, at a meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, President V. Putin said that it was necessary to pay serious attention to the preservation of water resources of Baikal and the Ladoga and Onega lakes. “This question needs to be dealt with both federal and regional levels,” the president said. What are the right words. And what's in practice? Onega Lake is a federal, we note, property transferred to the use of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Therefore, the responsibility for the preservation of the State Property, in this case, Lake Onega, is primarily federal. The subject, in this case, Karelia shows negligence in the protection of the lake, and the federal government is numb and deaf? It is clear that without a “kick”, little is done on top of the place. Unless the appearance of the initiative is created, as in the case of Kos in Medgor: “Question of Control” and the problems of drainage, assure us, solved in stages.
