Chizhik

In house number 6, the imperial school of law was once located on the embankment of Fonntanka, whose students wore green -colored uniforms with yellow buttonholes and scourges . According to the popular St. Petersburg legend, for the colors of this uniform, which resembled the plumage of the Chizh , as well as for the traditional peg caps of the students of the school, they called the “Chizhiki-Fuckers”, and it was about them that this song was composed.

So it is so, but not so simple. Some of the Pyzhovs also studied at this school :)
