Victory!

It happened that they expected, but not so expected - on December 17, the Voronezh Regional Court left the decision of the Kantemirovsky district court, and the appeal of the prosecutor's office of the Kantemirovsky district is not satisfied!

While the court read the operative part of the decision, I had to listen to every word - I wanted to understand the final answer - to leave it or not ... I heard what I wanted!

In general, the decision went competently: the judge read clearly (most likely for the reason that it works for about a year in the regional court), announced all the necessary moments, read all the rights.

The defender prepared well, got acquainted with the case, pushed the speech and acted quite with dignity. If we take into account that he was as intended, then he coped with the task perfectly!

It remains to receive the acquittal of the district court, the ruling (or the decision) of the Voronezh Regional Court, and then engage in the military registration and enlistment office: they will have time to do anything in this appeal or not - I don’t know, but in the next appeal there will be enough trouble ... But this is much calmer than criminal prosecution!

Guys, all great gratitude and recognition - with the support and help of all those who were not indifferent, we managed to come to this result! I hope this precedent will be a good example and many will be able to refer to it with controversial issues.

By the way, December 18 - exactly a year as a criminal case was opened ... as well as almost a year, as the matter was stopped!
