On Sunday, I could not watch the next series of the film "Method". Instead, the channel showed ... Probably, they have a current show. It was a program in the “shout” genre. The reason for the scream, apparently, was Türkiye. The Great Empire, which survived the largest geopolitical catastrophe in the 20th century, a secular country with strong religious traditions. This is all about Turkey.
In the summer I came across a couple of texts about the great nation, sovereignty and struggle with America. The text was very similar to the editorial of Izvestia, but there was something non-native in them. These "non -native" were the words "excerpt from the performance of R. Erdogan." Few people do not like America so publicly, as the Turkish authorities do. Selflessly. The failures of Turkey are invariably aroused by the machinations of America, even a non -profit in the EU is attributed to the same overseas “partners”. The “enemies are to blame for everything” work there. Moreover, in repeated parliamentary elections, the Turkish authorities were able to form the majority in parliament and now nothing prevents Erdogan from changing the constitution regarding the expansion of the powers of the president and the foundations of the state structure.
The French president also joined the race for increasing powers. It turned out that France also has enemies, enemies are strong, who know all the flaws of the republic’s devices. The method of combating this evil has the usual one - more powers of the executive branch, close the borders, limit, strengthen.
Rodion Meglin in the film "Method" uses a unique method of combating maniacs. He destroys them. Formally working in the Investigative Committee, Meglin does not consider it necessary to observe at least some legal norms. In the paradigm “according to the law” or “according to conscience,” he chooses in conscience. The law enforcement system accepts this path of fighting enemies, since other methods cannot protect citizens. Yes, the hero without trial and investigation, violating social norms and rules, runs justice. Is he right? Is the most of our society that approves the return of the death penalty? How then do these people differ from terrorists who arrange explosions, passing their sentence to our world?
Neither Erdogan, nor Hollande, nor the movie hero Meglina like the law. It is difficult to live according to the law written as "Rules for all." It is much easier to write the rules “for yourself” and act with the enemies of these rules with your own method.
