During a January trip to America, we stopped in Washington for a couple of hours. I already visited this city in 2008 and I can safely say that in the summer it is much more interesting here.
Nevertheless, a few photos from Washington.

1. IMHO, there’s not much to see in Washington. The White House, the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial and the park between these objects are waiting. And, of course, it’s much more fun here in the summer. The US Department of the Treasury and some new monument. 2. Streets in the administrative center. 3. 4. White House. Small, modest:) 5. Mobile shop with souvenirs. 6. 7. The Washington Monument is a marble-clad granite monument 169 meters high. In theory, you can climb to the very top of the observation deck, but like last time, lack of time did not allow you to do this. And in winter the view is not the same. 8. Smithsonian Institution 9. Capitol and National Mall. In Havana there is exactly the same Capitol, but perhaps a little smaller. 10. National Mall, behind the Washington Monument you can see the Lincoln Memorial. In general, there is nothing to see in Washington other than the listed places. Well, if you just go to numerous museums. 11. 12. 13. 14. This ended Washington and we flew to New York.
