I applied for a group picket on April 29 from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. on the site located at the intersection of ul. Lenin and st. Communist (behind the board of honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
The official goal of the event: publicly voicing issues to the leadership of the Komi Republic.

There are several more additional goals. Firstly, this is an addition to what was said in response to a statement by Sergei Gaplikov that the unsystematic opposition is not ready to meet to discuss the pressing issues of the region. We are ready. If he is ready, then let him leave (or send officials from the government or at least OP) and talks. There are questions, they are very topical. There is an experience of a positive reaction of the parties to such discussions (they did not sell the Intinsky CHP for 1 million rubles).
Secondly, we test the strength of the ban on the conduct of non-proceeding mass events anywhere (even including the Hyde Park on March 26). This is especially true, given the plans for street events on June 12.
Thirdly, we want to check some procedural aspects of filing an application and challenging the refusal (which is very likely).
Fourth, on this date the All-Russian campaign is planned #Tired of Putin’s nomination for the fourth presidential term. Our event has nothing to do with this campaign, but let the AP be nervous in the local representative office.
What format of the event is planned if the event is agreed? Those who want to ask a question to the chapter and/or the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan come out with a poster on which this question is written (a request to ask questions that are within the competence of regional authorities!). The collective picket does not imply sound -based equipment, but only visual agitation. So we will not “gorlopa”. If the management has something to answer, then officials are suitable and respond. If there is nothing to answer, then still the question will sound louder than at the cabinet meeting, since more people will learn about it (you can give out more on the topic).
If the event is banned? With a poster, it will no longer be a fine without risk. In my opinion, you should not risk it, because everything will be clear: it is the authorities for the dialogue that is not ready, will prohibit mass events. Then, before meeting on the streets of the city on June 12, it will be more massive and positive.
PS The city administration should give an answer to the application on Monday - there will be time to notify citizens in case of successful approval (well, what if).
