They all know very well, and not only as academic researchers, but also as practicing owners, that any private property in Russia - from the oil company to the grocery stall - is conditional, depends on the loyalty to feudal overlords along the entire vertical of power, is granted and seized in strict accordance with the acquisition or loss by the conventional owner of the administrative resource.

A criminal Putinomic, unable to jump off the oil needle, can stagnate for raw materials for raw materials for a long time, but no substantive development, no business initiative and no innovation in it is possible in principle.

The management model that has been in Russia is absolutely ineffective and leads to the necrosis of all social tissues and the irreversible degradation of society. Meanwhile, a narrow group of richest business officials, who over the past twenty years belong to real political and economic power in Russia, despite the results of their activities extremely deplorable for the country, is still convinced of its sacred law and in its historical mission to remain an irremovable and indistinguishable custom and requires the continuation of the banquet.

Without many years of Motion Putin on the Kremlin galleys, neither the financial empires of the Near Circle - Abramovich, Timchenko, Kovalchuk, Rotenbergs, Golikova -Kristenko could exist - neither parasitic state corporations of friends - these black holes of the Russian economy.
