And we are talking about several billion rubles !!! Yes, and no one will guarantee that these amendments at the next session will gain the right number of votes - no - no one will oppose them - just many will begin to be indignant at another - that someone else will have to take these billions! And they will also be right - and in the end - it will not work to change the parameters 1 of the reading - and all these benefits and payments will not be registered in the budget law ... Of course - the norm will still be valid - and through the court the wishing will receive their money - but how much time, effort and funds will take this? How many people will wave his hand and will not go to court? This is what the Party of power is counting on - every ruble saved in such a Jesuit way is a bonus for them ... on bones and blood of a bonus ...
