Many Usinists still remember the times of the reign of Mr. Grigory Gurevich, namely the preparatory period of the sale of shares of Komneft, OJSC NK Committee, or in other words, transfer to the ownership of the OJSC of the Republic of Komi in the OJSC LUKOIL. I will not resemble those nightmarish days: burning tires, strikes, roads and other protests of the inhabitants of Usinsk, which I experienced with them.

Bezruk maneuvers

But why am I touching this topic now? The same thing awaits the employees of OJSC Opinskgeoneft, headed by Mr. Bezruk, a former deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a former adviser to the governor. And today Mr. Bezruk came up with a tricky combination, how legalized to part with the former team. He created a new enterprise called OSINSKGEONAFT LLC, registered on October 28, 2014 in Usinsk at ul. Magistral 13/1, where the founders are gentlemen Bezruk Vladimir Antonovich, who owns a 76% share of the authorized capital of the enterprise and Shevchuk Valentin Petrovich, who owns 24% of the authorized capital of the enterprise.

Valentin Shevchuk was appointed general director of the new enterprise. This enterprise, using the name of OSINSKGEONEFT LLC, renegues the contract for all types of oilfield services that OJSC OSINSKGEOONAFT previously engaged in, and the new enterprise continues to function from the net sheet! And at this moment, the employees of OJSC Upgeoneph are transferred to a 4-hour working day, who do not agree to be offered, although the management of the enterprise, according to the law, is obliged to pay the 3-month allowance to employees during the reorganization or liquidation of the enterprise, and if they do not employ the benefit of up to 6 months.

But the favorite of the city of Usinsk, Mr. Bezruk, does not want to spend money and as a future citizen of Croatia the social problems of Usinsk and the republic do not bother him.
