Talking statues. Part 2.

So, the second part of the art action "Talking statues". Unlike the first, in which the statues were voiced by the questions and needs of the people (by the way the people themselves are silent and patient), the second part shows how the small -town governor relate to the opinion of the federal authorities regarding culture and history, how easily he puts on their opinion ... and that has its own, different from the leadership of the Russian Federation, opinion. Regarding cooperation with the NATO block, I recall that both figurines were installed in 2012 ...
