Every year in our city, the problem of road load is increasingly gaining popularity.
Someone believes that in Kirov, in comparison with large cities, only lines in front of the intersection, and not traffic jams. Yes, perhaps it was so before, and now these lines are all lengthening and lengthening, forming a real problem.
For example, a year ago, it took about 30 minutes to study directly by transporting directly by transport (and along the free road this distance can be overcome in 10 minutes). Now I have been getting 40 minutes now !!! Therefore, my “full, healthy” dream was reduced by 10 minutes. I'm afraid to suggest what will happen next.
Meanwhile, the number of transport on the roads is growing steadily, and roads (especially bridges and overpasses) cease to remain the same as in the USSR!
However, our authorities continue to look through this problem, investing in useless and irrelevant objects (like a chipper on production). Part of the central roads is planned to be increased only by 2020. Only by that time it will have to be expanded, but to build additional (for example, overpass), because each first will have its own personal car.
So far, the authorities “do not consider it necessary” to solve the above problem (apparently, they themselves move through the air), in our power it is possible to apply several ways. For example, the same program “along the way” (getting in turn on one of the cars in turn), sometimes use less capacious vehicles (motorcycle, bicycle vehicles). Well, in extreme cases, to limit the acquisition of (which is not quite real) the representatives of the representative class, because, for example, 2 Matiza replace one such machine.
