I.O. The prosecutor of the Arkhangelsk region approved the indictment in the criminal case against the head of the security department of the correctional colony No. 4 of Alexander Seversanov. He is accused of committing three crimes under Part 1 of Art. 286, part 1 of Art. 290, p. "B" of part 4 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (abuse of authority, receiving bribes).

Seversyanov, being a representative of the authorities, received a bribe personally convicted by this colony - a radiotelephone worth 1800 rubles for general protection when serving a sentence.

The preliminary investigation by Seversanov is also accused of receiving an application from the convicts to consider the convicts, illegally kept them at his home address, leaving without permission on the merits of the deadlines established by law.

Threatening the worsening conditions of staying in the colony of one of the convicts, Seversanov personally received a bribe - a special technical tool, disguised as a fountain pen of 9,200 rubles, which he ordered at his discretion. Then, acting in favor of the convict, instead of improving the conditions of his maintenance in the colony, Seversanov organized a long date with a cohabitant during the period of his location without receiving the corresponding permission of the head of the colony.

The criminal case will be sent to the Kotlas City Court for consideration on the merits.
