I heard about Asel in a special institution for the temporary maintenance of foreign citizens/Suvsig of the Kaluga Migration Service.

A surgical nurse told me about her, who works in the Kaluga Suvsig for half -time. It seems that in the Kaluga nurse this is the first experience of close interaction with migrants, and Asel was, moreover, an unusual patient for a surgical nurse.

I met with Asel Tour in a chapel. The institution at the moment when she had already collected things to be deported (“ expelled ,” as legislators say in Russia), i.e. To be involuntarily moving across the state border of Russia at the Moscow Domodedovo airport under the control of bailiffs.

Aseli’s husband has long and successfully works in one of the Japanese restaurants in Moscow. He is a cook of Asian cuisine. Its work is in demand so much that the owner of the restaurant has been drawing up with a young cook for several years in a row for a year at once. A few years ago, his mother came to the guy in Moscow to help her son at that time at that time. The mother and son were rented in Moscow, but the foreign car was bought. Everything turned out so well that the young man decided to marry and take a young wife with him to Moscow. Which was done. Relatives picked up a bride from the Kyrgyz Jalal-Abad to the young cook.

Aseli liked Aslei: a huge city (which, of course, you can’t compare with its native Jalal-Abad; and even with the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek, you can’t compare), a city with great opportunities, but demanding the same big money. Having settled in Moscow for about a year, Asel decided to go to work as a kitrabian worker in a Japanese restaurant where her husband was brewed. One young account was inconvenient: every three months Aseli had to travel outside Russia to get a fresh migration map. The nearest border was Ukrainian.

The mother -in -law - a native of the Kyrgyz SSR, lived with young in Moscow, led her household. All the previous years, she had registered in Moscow, then did not have: due to its elderly, immigration control had no special claims against it.

The novel for the family was the new 2014.

Asel first celebrated the New Year with Moscow no longer as a kitchen worker, but a waitress in the restaurant hall: the owner transferred it to the above work. In addition, it became known that Asel became pregnant, and this New Year's time of large restaurant orders became extremely important for her. The excitement to work in the capital's restaurant in the very peak of the annual season, apparently, was so great that Asel expired her registration in Moscow for a week, for seven days ...

But as soon as the holidays and orders subsided, the family in full force went along the winter road, along the Kyiv highway towards the state border between Russia and Ukraine. So they did more than once, the road was familiar: a young husband - behind the wheel of their car, and Asel with a mother -in -law - passengers. The family safely left Moscow, safely drove the Moscow region and almost drove the Kaluga region. But when only a few tens of kilometers remained before the border of the Bryansk region, the Tour Circules were stopped by employees of the Sukhinichi traffic police. We checked the documents. There were no complaints from Asel's husband from the Russian security forces, but the mother -in -law and Asel were detained. On the same day, a fast administrative court was held, which decided to finish the mother -in -law and its daughter -in -law and to expel both from Russia for violation of the migration rules. And before expulsion, keep “in custody” with Suvsig, which in the village of Yakshinovo, Kaluga Region, since an administrative migration offense was identified in the Kaluga region.

Asel in a conversation said to me then: “I myself decided to leave Russia, go home, because I am already at the 4th month of pregnancy.”

According to the court order, the government of Russia should be directed and its mother -in -law at the expense of budget money. But this money has come from Moscow to the Kaluga region for quite some time: a very large bureaucracy in Russia. In addition, the conditions of detention in the Kaluga Suvsig are bad: special. The institution is located on 01.01.2014 in an old rural school, where one toilet is for 40 foreigners: men and women; But the bidet for pregnant women is not at all; At night, the room (the former school class), where Asel and her mother -in -law lived, was locked, and there was no way to go to the toilet after 22 hours, which was painful for the pregnant aseli; Water water is not suitable for use, you need to go to the village well for good water, but who will let foreigners give the prisoners there? They hoped the tour that they would go to the Ukrainian border quickly, so they did not take warm clothes with them. And after the detention of Aseli, I had to freeze in a police car, and, as a result, to transfer the ARVI on the feet (the surgical nurses in the migration special. The institution did not have any medicines; in general!). Therefore, the husband of Asel himself paid for the purchase of two air tickets from Moscow to Bishkek, without waiting for state money. And still: Aseli and her mother -in -law had to sit in difficult conditions for concluding for more than three weeks (in the migration institution close relatives are held together, in the same room, even if these are men and women).

On the day when I saw Asel to Suvsig, she was calm, surprisingly lounged: the metropolitan restaurant gloss has not yet come off her: beautiful and high -quality manicure - in her hands, clean, “home”, her own, not official clothes, manner of restraint, but with dignity to hold on and smoothly: “As if between the restaurant tables,” they made a good impression on me. I think Asel, some time after birth, will want to return to Russia, because her husband remains to work here. But whether she will be able to freely reunite with her family and do it in the next three to five years is not known.
