It's done! An analogue of the iPhone 4 has appeared in Russia!

By the way, this is the first smartphone with a navigation chip that supports the domestic GLONASS system.

The main feature of the new smartphone is the ability to simultaneously use the technologies of two navigation systems – GLONASS and GPS – in the device, which ensures accurate determination of the coordinates of the smartphone’s location. It’s especially nice that if there is interference in the range of one of the systems, you can use the other. Another good thing is that there is no connection to an operator, so the device can be used with SIM cards from any Russian company.

Of course, there is little that can surprise buyers, but, nevertheless, MTS was able to offer us something truly new. We can only hope that the new product will catch on and find its buyers.

And it also seems to me easy to criticize, and yet it’s not bad that ours are striving to conquer a new area for us. Of course, other brands have gone far ahead, but still they are great, if only because they are trying to create, using the “trial and error” method, something better...
