The house is new, we moved in in January. It's still a mess with payment receipts! No matter where they turn, they stubbornly continue to count the electricity as the neighboring apartment. For some reason, the hot water shutdown schedule from June 1 to June 15 moved to June 1 to June 22. The Criminal Code did not provide a clear answer. The heating was turned off in mid-April, although it should have been in May.
