New location: Favorite Pub

The creators of the Friends Forever network opened the Favorite pub on Spiridonovka

The creators of the network of home cafes Friends Forever and pizza delivery Friendly Pizza have opened an establishment of a new format on Spiridonovka - Favorite - a pub with American cuisine, where they do not smoke and drink only cider and beer.

Favorite is an almost entirely homely place; the owners of the establishment, Pavel Kosterenko and Nina Gudkova, are personally responsible for everything here: from interior design to menu items. Nina, the establishment’s brand chef, stands in the pub’s kitchen and controls all processes. She comes up with new dishes and how and on what to serve them. The cuisine is quite different from the first establishments of the two young restaurateurs: Favorite has a good selection of meat dishes in normal male portions, round-the-clock hearty breakfasts and a minimum of desserts. The menu includes nine types of breakfasts, three types of sandwiches, six bruschettas and two burgers, five soups, seven salads, four types of pasta, six steaks and homemade sauces. In one of the two halls of the pub there is a screen, which they plan to turn on only during sports matches. The only alcohol on the menu is beer and cider - no strong alcohol, smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. An unusual format for a sports pub, but in the evenings all the tables at Favorite are occupied - and this is after only a week of opening the establishment.

Due to the small area of ​​the pub, there is no separate place for cooking, but employees are already inviting visitors to take homemade sauces, pies and desserts with them. For the same reason, the kitchen at Favorite is completely open - it is located in the center of the pub and is separated from the hall only by thick glass.
