Type is a British label that made a lot of noise last year. The label's specialty is all kinds of smart and, as a rule, melancholic music, be it modern classical, ambient, post-rock or drone.
This record company is responsible for releasing releases of quite important musicians in narrow circles, such as Sylvain Chauveau, Tarentel, Peter Broderick, Grouper, etc.
I have long moved away from ambient, electronic and electroacoustic music, but the music of Type’s releases, surprisingly, still periodically fills the walls of my apartment. This demonstrates, at least for me, the high standard that the owners of this record company set.
I will post some releases later, but for now you are welcome to check out the very nice radio on the Type Records website. In this section you can listen to wonderful mixes of musicians released on this label:

The second label worthy of great attention in this kind of musical direction is the Swedish Kning Disk.
The direction of this record company is very close to Type, and some of the musicians released on it overlap with those signed to Type, for example Peter Broderick.
However, Kning Disk has its own “exclusive” geniuses like Erik Enocksson and Misophone.
You can listen to samples of music from the Kning Disk at the following link:
