Residents of Seversk complained about “snowdrops” who do not allow utility workers to efficiently remove snow from their yards. Photos of one of the Seversk courtyards appeared on the website vseverske.info. In the comments to the photo, townspeople write that the residents of the house were asked in advance to remove their cars from the yard in order to clean the local area. However, many motorists ignored the request, resulting in some cars being blocked by blocks of ice and snow.
