However, when almost three months have already passed since the start of the sanctions campaign, it is already possible to analyze what has actually been done and, therefore, evaluate the direct or indirect effect of the sanctions. Let me try to summarize my position.

First. There is no talk today of any large-scale anti-Russian sanctions like the Iranian ones.”
