“Today the final stage of the culinary Olympiad took place, in which aspiring technologists from Kemerovo, Barnaul, Yurga and Tomsk took part. The participants had to present to the jury a hot dish with a side dish and sauce. The work of the contestants was judged by Tomsk restaurant chefs. At this stage of the competition, future technologists showed themselves as cooks. The first place was won by a dish from a student from the Yurga Technological College, she presented trout fillet baked with mushrooms. The second place went to the Tomsk residents, and the third place also went to Yurga,” writes Fotokor.
