A film to match NTV

I managed to watch it a month ago through some torrent. “Serving the Soviet Union” is a bawdy and hypocritical film. Not in terms of denigrating history, but on the contrary - in terms of “whitewashing a dark history.”

Poster bastards GULAGs. Honest, patriotic and heroic prisoners, including thieves. Going into mortal combat with the damned Nazis. And those who surrender contentedly after victories back into the hands of the guards.

Mixing real fragments of Gulag history with modern Putin propaganda. Fantasy for today's morons walking the streets with tricolors on their faces. The film is just for NTV.
