"Da Vinci's Fast and the Furious" (Russia - USA, 2008). Directed by Brent Huff. Starring Stephen Brand, Alexander Nevsky, David Carradine, Sherelyn Fenn, Andrew Divoff, Robert Madrid and Olga Rodionova. An American professor teaching at Moscow State University joins forces with a biker nicknamed Wolf to search for ancient treasures hidden somewhere in the Moscow dungeons. Former spouses - treasure hunter Ben and Tess meet again, rushing on the trail of as many as forty chests with a royal dowry that sank three hundred years ago. Starring Lydia Bayrashevskaya, Natalya Lesnikovskaya, Natalya Tetenova, Tatyana Mayst, Natalya Rychkova, Natalya Ungard, Irina Bragina / Maria Bushmeleva. The heroes of the play are gays, typical residents of the metropolis. They all survive in their own way in the crazy rhythm of a huge city, trying to understand what love is. “The Shore of Utopia” by T. Stoppard. Directed by A. Borodin. Starring A. Kovaleva, A. Taratorkina, V. Tsymbal, D. Semenova, L. Grebenshchikova, Y. Sokolovskaya, A. Blokhin, A. Myasnikov, A. Rozin, V. Nikolaev, I. Isaev, N. Uvarova, D. Balandin, D. Semenova, I. Isaev, M. Ryshchenkova, T. Matyukhova, Y. Grigoriev. Stoppard's trilogy, in which Herzen, Ogarev, and Bakunin act, was played at the London National Theater and New York's Lincoln Center. Now it is staged by the Alexei Borodin Youth Theater. EXHIBITIONS
"Golden Fleece". One of the main and most large-scale projects of the Tretyakov Gallery in the current exhibition season is dedicated to the artistic activities of the magazine “Golden Fleece” and dedicated to the centenary of the exhibition “Salon of the Golden Fleece”, held in April 1908 in Moscow. This project represents the magazine as the leading art publication of its time, the organizer of famous exhibitions of Russian and French art, in which P. Kuznetsov, M. Larionov, M. Saryan, K. Somov, P. Utkin, V. Van Gogh, P. Gauguin, P. Cezanne, A. Matisse. During the Soviet years, the magazine was branded as “bourgeois” and “decadent.” This exhibition is the first acquaintance of a wide audience with this striking phenomenon in the history of Russian artistic culture of the early twentieth century. "Pavel Muratov is a man of the Silver Age." The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of P.P. Muratov is the author of the famous “Images of Italy” (the first deep interpretation of Italian art in Russian), an outstanding art historian of the early twentieth century. The exhibition presents documentary materials, publications, books by Pavel Muratov, photographs of his family, as well as works of the Italian school, the attribution of which he was involved in at the Rumyantsev Museum, icons from the collection of I.S. Ostroukhov, several etchings by Piranesi recreating the image of Rome, paintings by Cezanne, large watercolors by Borisov-Musatov, works by Nesterov and Konchalovsky, graphics by N.P. Ulyanov - Muratov's great friend and companion in his Italian travels of 1907 and 1912. The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts , until April 20.
