Hello. As you know, on April 23, water will be turned off in the Oktyabrsky and part of the Leninsky districts for two days. The water utility will change the valves and switch the water supply from the old to the newly laid network. It would seem that everything is fine, everyone was warned in advance, but that was not the case. Today is April 22, it’s time to stock up on water, I open the tap, and here’s a surprise from our water utility: NO water, neither hot nor cold. An attempt to clarify the situation through the chairman of the HOA was unsuccessful, because he was as surprised as I was. All attempts to reach the water utility and somehow clarify the situation were also unsuccessful; both numbers were constantly busy. I, of course, understand that in such services they don’t think about people at all, but not to the same extent... Guys, if you can’t work normally, then “hold the line” with dignity, and don’t hide behind off-hook phones.. .
