Donor Day

A few days ago, at the factory of one of the manufacturers of all kinds of electronics, the day of the donor was held, on which I had to work. I will try to briefly describe the sensations from the event and the atmosphere of the action itself.

First of all, the very concept of a donor causes me awe. After all, this is a person who shares the most valuable that he has - he gives not just a red liquid running through the veins, but a piece of his life. A piece of what carries the energy that makes his heart beat, the energy that moves him with emotions and thoughts ...

Personally, I always like to give gifts more than to receive them. When you receive a gift, it is certainly damn nice, but there is some kind of dry pragmatism in this ... But when you give a gift, give it with pleasure and know that it will definitely like it because you do it from the heart - this is a wonderful feeling. So what a beautiful feeling should be the donor, realizing that he is the donor of the most valuable on earth!

Thinking about this, I peered into the faces of the workers of the plant who came to the blood donation point. They smiled! They smiled so nicely! These people who work hard, grow children, support parents, feed their families, who, for sure, have many problems ... They smile, smile with conscious smiles. And this is great.

Just think how much joy is a pair of hundreds of milliliters. The very first one is a saved life and, by the way, not one - according to statistics, one donor saves 2 lives. The second joy is a gift, a gift that has no price! Another joy is unity. When you understand that there are people who do not care - it becomes easy to believe that the world in which we live in reality kind and bright, we just forgot about it.

It is not surprising, people who do not care a lot. And it is very pleasant that, despite the difficult economic conditions, the initially tough priorities, possibly far from the “world around the world”, are companies that give them the opportunity to help those in need. The opportunity to save life!

On October 7, thanks to this action, doctors got the opportunity to save 180 lives.
