In the elections for the mayor of the Moscow region city of Khimki, the figure of Sergei Medvedev stands out noticeably from other candidates. River port worker, political activist (supporter of Eduard Limonov), former political prisoner. Khimki is Sergei’s small homeland. Here he was born, raised and lives to this day. He knows firsthand about the problems existing in the city.
The first election video of Sergei Medvedev has appeared online. In it, he talks about his participation in rallies for freedom of assembly, which take place every 31st on Triumfalnaya Square in Moscow.
