Sulamith Wulfing was born in Germany in 1901. She began to draw at 4 years old. Her family was very believing, her father was even Theosophist. All works of Sulamith Wulfing are permeated with a slight touch of supernatural. She received education at the Art School at Wuppertal, which she graduated in 1921. The main and very large part of the artist was destroyed during the Second World War. Sulamith lived for a long time, almost the entire 20th century and painted delicate, thin drawings until her death in 1989.
