taxi with a surprise

Last week they called a taxi “Well, wait a minute”, the driver turned out to be inadequate, simply crazy, perhaps on drugs. As a result, we were beaten, with a bat, our documents were stolen, and our cell phone was broken. We submitted an application to the police department, but what do they tell us? that nothing will happen to the driver! Help, what to do???? How to deal with this??? At the taxi office they even refuse to say the name of the director.... After all, this is not the first time this taxi has happened....
