Conscripts are dressed according to Presidential Decree. This is connected with the incident in Novosibirsk, when recruits were frozen on the airfield. Now young people are forced to wear even two sets of underwear. For the summer they wear the winter version and only after that camouflage. As the military assures, there are all sizes.
