7 overpasses at the Pushkin interchange are still closed. The developer, the Sibmost company, has fulfilled its obligations, but the mayor’s office cannot accept the transfers to the city’s balance sheet and put them into operation. It turned out that these transitions were not on paper and the design and estimate documentation was not ready.
