| The Central Election Commission published financial documents of election participants The Russian Central Election Commission yesterday published data from Sberbank on the amounts of election funds of political parties, as well as on their spending. In total, 808.5 million rubles were received into the election funds of parties and blocs, of which 408.5 million have already been spent.
None of the participants in the election race reached the maximum amount of the electoral fund established by law - 250 million rubles, or 8.3 million dollars. United Russia came closest to the border, whose fund is 210 million rubles. In this regard, the party in power broke away from its rivals. It is followed by Yabloko, which has more than 121 million rubles in its account, the LDPR with 92.4 million rubles, and the People's Party, which, according to official data, has collected 85 million rubles.
The lowest-budget campaigns were the election campaigns of the Great Russia - Eurasian Union bloc (320 thousand rubles) and the Entrepreneurship Development party (250 thousand rubles).
However, according to analysts, parties do not declare most of their income. The auditing and consulting company FBK conducted a study, during which it found out that in order to obtain the best results in elections, a party must spend 58.2 million dollars on the election campaign. In general, according to FBK analysts, all campaign participants will spend 980. $5 million, an average of 49 million per political party.
At the end of this week, the Central Election Commission will decide on the registration of the last batch of parties that have submitted documents to participate in the elections. Among them, the largest electoral funds belong to the block “Russian Party of Pensioners and the Party of Social Justice” (58.2 million rubles), as well as the party “True Patriots of Russia” (40.6 million rubles). The funds of other possible election participants range from 600 thousand to 45 thousand rubles. One of them, the Peace and Unity Party, has no income at all. Probably, this political force decided to conduct an election campaign on a voluntary basis. Ksenia VERETENNIKOVA |
