On the eve of the New Year, Father Frost's car appears on the streets of Tomsk. Every year Tomich Alexander decorates his car with garlands and dresses up as Santa Claus. In this outfit, he delivers gifts to friends and acquaintances, and also congratulates all Tomsk residents on the upcoming holidays.
