King Crimson Festival. The first two concerts in a series designed to introduce current and former members of the legendary group to the Moscow public. The TU project is coming this weekend - - Trey Gunn (war guitar, electronics) and Pat Mastelotto (drums, electronics). TU is half of King Crimson's lineup for the last twelve years. Both musicians are the brightest innovators both in the technique of playing their instruments and in the art of combining electronics and hard rock. Also expected at the concerts are the following guests: the Polish duo Sonus Akrobata, Sergei Starostin and others. April 16 and 17 in “B2” , 23.00.

Tomasz Stanko Quartet (Poland) and “Second Approximation”. Tomasz Stańko is a legendary free jazz trumpeter, twice recognized by Jazz Forum magazine as the best European jazz musician, the second time just recently - in 2002, for the album Soul Of Things. The concert will feature compositions from the quartet's new album Suspended Night. “Second Approximation” - the trio of Andrei Razin, in their music combines jazz traditions with motifs of Russian culture. "Zatoichi" (Japan, 2003). Directed by Takeshi Kitano. Starring Takeshi Kitano, Tadanobu Asano, Yui Natsukawa. Kitanov's version of the most popular story in Japan about a blind samurai who protects the weak and oppressed.
