This is Pshonka. Pshonka is the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. Born in the village of Sergeevka. I joke when I see the “faces” of Ukrainian politicians. They cannot be compared with Putin’s security officers, there is something different here, a different type of ugliness. Putin's security officers come from urban punks, while these come from rural areas. Sometimes it seems that this is not true, that there cannot be such a face and such a person. Some amazing empty-eyedness.
