The time investment is absolutely minimal, since there is no need to fuss with yeast dough!
What we need:
1.5 cups flour
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup fruit juice (regular juice from the store :)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (+ for deep frying)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (+ a little for filling)
pinch of salt
berries (I used frozen blackberries)
Add juice and water to the flour, then add vegetable oil, water, sugar and a pinch of salt. You need to knead a fairly stiff dough (add more flour if necessary). When you remove the dough from the rolling container, do not forget to grease your palms with sunflower oil, then nothing will stick.
You can defrost the berries in the microwave.
Now roll out the dough ~1cm thick and cut out circles with a glass. I fit three berries into each circle, sprinkle a little sugar on top (to taste) and pinch the edges (I also used a fork to make it stick better). From the leftover dough, I made a large pie with blackberries and bananas (it’s better to cut the bananas finely, and not like in the photo below).
