| In the suburbs of Chelyabinsk on Saturday evening, Ivan Krikovsky was detained - the second criminal who escaped from the city psychiatric hospital on April 21. He and his two accomplices had to undergo a medical examination, the results of which were planned to determine whether the criminals were sane at the time they committed their crimes. But the matter did not come to an examination - on the morning of April 21, the patients escaped from the hospital, killing one of the guards. The police managed to detain the first criminal, Divron Kutdusov, the very next day after his escape in the village of Lokomotivny, Sovetsky district of Chelyabinsk. Ivan Krikovsky, suspected of raping a teenager, was arrested on Saturday at 22.00 in the village of Sineglazovo, Chelyabinsk region. He was heading towards the Trinity Highway, which leads to the border with Kazakhstan. No one was injured during the arrest. However, the Makarov pistol, stolen from the murdered policeman, was also not found on Krikovsky. In this regard, the search for the third fugitive - Andrei Sinelnikov, the youngest of the escapees - is being carried out with special care. The Chelyabinsk Regional Department of Internal Affairs reported that the danger of the criminal is also indicated by the fact that he is suspected of murdering a family of four. At the same time, the regional prosecutor's office is finding out how the three attackers managed to leave the hospital. Doctors at the medical institution have already stated that it is pointless to make claims against them, since it was the fault of the police leadership that dangerous criminals were kept in ordinary wards. The doctors recalled that they contacted the Internal Affairs Directorate several times with a proposal to strengthen the premises, but received no response. Mikhail VIUGIN, Ekaterinburg
