Poplar reforms

During the summer season, the city's landscape commission received more than a thousand applications for tree removal. According to the commission members, they cannot immediately cope with the problem on a city scale. Therefore, the comprehensive program for eliminating old trees will be divided. Now, at city council meetings, specific courtyards will be selected in which emergency poplars need to be demolished first.
