Men with posters "Kadyrov - Pride of Russia" and Chechen flags rareded at the monument to the heroic defenders of Leningrad.
The message about the rally allegedly held in St. Petersburg appeared on the evening of January 21 on the website of the Ministry of the Chechen Republic on National Policy, foreign relations, printing and information. It said: “ Hundreds of people responded to support Ramzan Akhmatovich. Among them were natives of the Chechen Republic and ordinary residents of St. Petersburg, officials and students ... The beginning of the rally was planned at 10 a.m.. Despite the frost, by 8 in the morning, it was difficult to intervene all those who wanted to take part. After the performance of the head of the Council of People's Commissars in the SZFO Idris Betirsultanovich Duguchiev gathered for a long time chanted the slogan "Kadyrov - Patriot of Russia !!!" ... in winter in St. Petersburg it darkens early, and, which began with dawn, the rally ended with many hours after sunset ... "(spelling and punctuation of the source.)
According to the Ministry of Printing of the Chechen Republic, the head of the representative office of the head of the Chechen Republic in the north-west of Idris Duguchiev opened the rally with the following words: “ Chechens are proud people! This fact has both positive and negative aspects. Recently, I hear many reproaches from the opposition to my people, which, they say, we unleashed a bloody war. I consider these reproaches to be a provocation! The drunk trick of the person who stood at the helm of our country (even if it is not customary to talk about the dead). Directly and extremely honest, in connection with the last incident, I re -read his statements many times and did not find a single insult to the opposition. I also did not find threats there, calling for bloodshed, rebellion ... But I saw there love for the homeland and intransigence in the struggle to improve the quality of life of Russians ... "
Nearby, a photo from the event was published on the site. On it - nine people with flags of Chechnya and with leaves on which it is written: "#Kadyrov is a patriot of Russia" (screenshots are available in the editorial office). Neither the Chechen ministry, nor the regional representative office of the Chechen Republic for some reason indicated the place of gathering of participants. But the picture shows that people are standing at the entrance to the Business Center "Meeting" on 4 Novoroshchinskaya Street. It really has a small area in front of it. However, in the New Business Center itself, they could not talk about the rally that lasted from dawn to sunset, because it ... did not notice it. Neither on January 21, nor the day before, nor after.
"The place, of course, is busy-a business center! Some people come, go constantly. But if hundreds of people stood here for several hours, we would definitely remember!" - They said the "new" in the service of the security of the BC.
They did not hear anything about the rally in Smolny, and this thing could not go past the St. Petersburg authorities. Perhaps there are other rules in the country of the mountains. But in the second capital of Russia, according to the law, in order to hold a rally, you need to at least ten days, and better two weeks before the appointed date to apply to the city administration. The application must accurately indicate: the venue of the event, time, occasion and the maximum number of participants. It cannot be exceeded. And if the rally is scheduled for ten in the morning, then it is also impossible to rally at eight in any case, no matter how the love of Ramzan Akhmatovich was torn out. Nothing is impossible at all until Smolny says "you can." But, as the “new” was assured in the city committee on legality and law and order, no one applied to them for permission to the rally in support of Kadyrov.
Theoretically, a spontaneous mass rally, continuing from 8 a.m. to late in the evening, could notice and disperse the police. Well, or at least the police had to come and ensure protection and order. Are there few reasons for clashes? But no. Both in the police department of the Moscow district (where the "Meeting" BC is located), and in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region "Novy" they reported that they did not leave at the named addresses in the last days and did not have information about a similar campaign. Mass accumulations of people last week in the Moscow region were not seen at all.
The report of the Ministry of Printing of the Chechen Republic says that the rally was attended by representatives of other national diasporas. But, having interviewed the representatives of several of them, it was not possible to find such a "new". And the representatives of the Ingush diaspora lamented for a long time that they did not hear about the action: "We would have gone that no one told us anything?"
"New" turned for comments to the organizer of the rally Idris Duguchiev. But the representative of the Chechen Republic in the North -West IZFO refused to talk, saying that unscrupulous and engaged journalists are simply trying to denigrate the act of Russian patriots in support of Kadyrov: "Now they think: how many people were there - nine or hundreds? And I did not count people! They didn’t count! There were a lot of them ... Home!"

Oddly enough, the next morning after this conversation, January 23, on the website of the Ministry of the Chechen Republic on National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information, another photograph appeared from the same rally (the text of the press release remained the same). Between the first and second photos it is easy to find even ten differences. There are no longer nine people with posters and flags, but twenty. Almost all of them are men (in the first photo half of them are women). But the main thing: these people are quite obviously rally in another place! And the place is difficult not to recognize - this is a monument to the heroic defenders of Leningrad on Victory Square, on which the words are carved: "Your feat, Leningrad." The distance between the Business Center "Meeting" and the monument on Victory Square-6.5 kilometers or two metro stations.
And the last: out of nine or out of twenty people, there was a rally - it is not so important. Only single pickets are allowed without coordination in Russia. That is, Kadyrov’s fans grossly violated the law, for which they should answer. Everyone who went out, both to the business center and to the monument. All faces are in the photo. Now for the exit to unresolved rallies give very real terms ...
