“My work is my statements. If I have to clarify their meaning orally, then I am a bad artist "
A native of New York, Robert at an early age discovered a craving for art. At the age of seven, he knew that he would not be an artist, he had already become an artist. At the age of 14, looking at the work of Frank Frazetta, which was exhibited at the Society of Illustrators, he chose his direction. Robert wanted and became a commercial illustrator. He created illustrations for Playboy,
Rolling Stone, IBM, Sony, Disney, Viacom, TV Guide, Westinghouse, General
Motors, cigarette brands, such as Winston, Doral, Magna and Camel. He worked as marathon sessions, it was quite normal for him to work 24–36 hours in a row, sometimes even up to three days. After 30 years of such work, he was old. I decided to leave this path, and draw that he likes and sell his works through galleries. This has become a very successful occupation almost immediately. His technique and the way of expression brought him a large number of supporters from all over the country.
